My professional life has always centred on people — how we navigate life, how we relate to others and what helps us change.
I originally trained in psychology, followed by postgraduate qualifications in coaching and sport psychology. For more than twenty years I have worked closely with people as an organisational psychologist, personal and executive coach, supporting individuals, leaders and teams through change and transition.
Alongside this, I explored a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT counselling, Focusing Therapy and Gestalt group process, as well as periods of learning and practice within Buddhist communities.
I am now completing the final stage of my Advanced Postgraduate programme in Core Process Psychotherapy at the Karuna Institute. Core Process is the foundation of my therapeutic work, informed by many years of psychological and one-to-one experience.
I offer short- and longer-term psychotherapy, in person and online. My work has also included supporting neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent children.
I am registered with UKCP, work within its Code of Ethics and Professional Practice, and hold full professional indemnity.
I also co-run Deep Dive Retreats, mind-body retreats combining yoga, mindfulness and guided personal inquiry in beautiful, remote locations.
